Terms of Service for Tarot Oracle

Welcome to Tarot Oracle. By accessing or using our mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Entertainment Disclaimer: Tarot Oracle provides astrological and tarot-based content for entertainment purposes only. Our readings, predictions, and insights do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

1. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using Tarot Oracle, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. To provide personalized readings, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your name, date, time, and place of birth.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Service offers premium features available via auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases ("In-App Purchases").

Billing: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or turn off auto-renew in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase.
Refunds: All billing and refunds are handled exclusively by Apple. We do not have the authority to process refunds directly.

3. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect personal data (birth details) solely to provide personalized content. You maintain the right to delete your data at any time via the "Delete All My Data" button in the app settings.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Automate the use of the Service (e.g., using bots or scrapers).

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarot Oracle and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy or "truth" of any spiritual or astrological readings provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including tarot card designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tarot Oracle or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law principles, subject to any mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence (including Brazil).
